360 Photobooth Freetown is a 360 video booth service for graduation parties in Freetown. After years of study, families turn out in force, and the booth captures the graduate in gown and cap with every group of relatives and friends, in slow motion, with the graduate's name and degree on the overlay.
What happens on the first visit
Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.
Graduation season in Freetown
University graduations bring families from across Sierra Leone and abroad, and the party afterwards is often bigger than the ceremony. Graduates from Fourah Bay College, Njala and other institutions celebrate at home, in halls and at restaurants across the city.
Because many graduates celebrate in the same weeks, dates fill quickly once ceremony dates are announced. Book as soon as you know yours.
Gowns, caps and big groups
The platform holds two to four adults at a time. Gowns take up space, so larger family groups record in turns. Throwing the cap in the air while the arm circles is the most requested shot, and the attendant times it with the group.
The overlay carries the graduate's name, degree and date as standard. Adding the institution's colours or a fully custom design is an extra.
School and joint parties
Some families hold a joint party for siblings or cousins graduating in the same year. The booth handles that easily: one overlay with both names, or a separate design for each, agreed before the day.
Prices and paying
Hire is priced by length: 2, 3 or 4 hours, with extras such as a fully custom overlay design, red carpet or backdrop added on top. Current prices are on the packages page, and the cost estimator gives a figure for your hours and extras without a phone call.
