Hire a 360 photo booth for the part of the event when guests are dressed, fed and in the mood to celebrate, not the whole event. For most Freetown weddings and corporate parties that is 3 hours; for birthdays, showers and smaller parties, 2 hours; for conferences, trade shows and very large receptions, 4 hours or more.
The quick rule
| Event | Hours | When to open the booth |
|---|---|---|
| Bridal shower, engagement, small party | 2 | Once everyone has arrived |
| Birthday (50–100 guests) | 2 | When the party is in full swing |
| Milestone birthday or 150+ guests | 3 | After the cake or speeches |
| Wedding reception | 3 | After the meal, as the dancing starts |
| Very large wedding (300+) | 4 | During cocktails, so every table gets a turn |
| Corporate party or awards night | 3 | After the main announcements |
| Conference or trade show | 4+ | Registration, breaks and the closing reception |
Why not book the whole event?
A Freetown reception can last six hours or more, but guests are not ready for the booth for most of it. During arrival they are finding seats; during speeches and food they are at the table; late in the night many have gone home. Paying for those hours buys an attendant standing beside an empty platform.
The busiest window is usually the first two to three hours after the formal part ends. Book that.
Signs you need more time
- More than 300 guests. Each group takes under a minute, but a big crowd builds a queue. Add an hour or open the booth earlier.
- A long programme. If there are several breaks in the dancing, the booth is used in bursts. Four hours gives room.
- The booth is the main entertainment. At a party with no band or DJ, guests come back again and again.
- All-day events. Trade shows and conferences need the booth whenever visitors are on the floor.
Signs you can book less
- Fewer than about 50 guests.
- A short event of under three hours.
- Other entertainment running at the same time, such as a live band people want to watch.
What happens on the day
The hire starts when the booth opens, not when we arrive. Setup before guests and pack-down after are included and do not eat into your hours. The attendant runs the booth for the whole hire, and if the queue is still going at the end, an extra hour can be added if the booth is free afterwards.
Try the planner
The event planner asks eight questions about your event and suggests a hire length, extras and planning notes. The cost calculator then prices it.
Bottom line
Book the booth for when guests will use it: two hours for small parties, three for weddings and corporate events, four or more for conferences and very large receptions. To check your date, call or WhatsApp +232 75 009582.

Can I split the hours across the event?
Ask when you book. For conferences, splitting time across breaks often works; for parties, one continuous block is usually best.
What happens if guests are still queuing when time is up?
An extra hour can be added on the night if the booth is free. Agree the price in writing beforehand.
Does setup time count towards my hours?
No. Setup before guests arrive and pack-down afterwards are included and not counted in your hire.
