360 Photo Booth with Backup Power in Freetown

Its own backup power, so the booth keeps recording through a grid outage.

360 Photobooth Freetown runs every 360 booth on its own backup power. In Freetown, where grid outages are a normal part of event planning, that means the booth keeps recording when the hall goes dark, during the seconds or minutes it takes the venue's generator to start, and at venues with no generator at all.

What happens on the first visit

Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.

Why power matters for a 360 booth

A 360 booth uses power for the motor, the ring light, the camera and the sharing screen. If it depends on the venue's sockets, an outage stops all four, and so does a generator switchover. Guests waiting in the queue drift away and the moment is lost.

Backup power is part of every setup, not an upgrade. It was one of the first questions Freetown hosts asked, so it is built into every booking.

Venues with no generator

Family compounds, church halls and community halls often have no generator, or one that is reserved for the sound system and lights. The booth's own supply means it does not compete with the DJ for power.

Beach and outdoor venues are similar. The booth can run where there are no sockets at all, as long as the ground is level and there is cover from rain.

What still needs planning

Backup power keeps the booth running, but the area around it still needs light for a good video. The ring light handles the people on the platform; if the whole room goes dark, the clip still records but the background will be dark too. That is often part of the fun.

Power-Backed 360 Booth questions

Is backup power included or an extra?

Included on every booking. It is part of the standard setup.

Does the booth need a socket at the venue?

No. It can run on its own supply, which helps at compounds, beaches and halls with limited sockets.

Will the video look dark during an outage?

The ring light keeps the people on the platform lit. The room behind them may be darker, but the clip still records.

Does the booth compete with the DJ for power?

No. It runs on its own supply, so the sound system keeps the venue's power.

What happens if the power goes off during my event?

The booth keeps recording. Every setup runs on its own backup power, so a grid outage at the venue does not stop guests using it while the venue switches to its generator.
